Product introduction:

The 2012 Nylon 6 Spandex Single Covered Yarn (SCY) is produced using a precision-engineered single covering technique. This process begins with pre-winding the outer layer of nylon 6 yarn onto aluminum spools, which are then mounted onto rotating spindles. As the machine operates, the core spandex is fed through the hollow center of the spindle and combined with the nylon 6 yarn. The spandex is set at an draw ratio to ensure consistent elasticity and strength. The rotating spindle drives the aluminum spool, causing the nylon 6 yarn to spiral tightly around the spandex core. This mechanical wrapping creates a durable, uniform yarn with structural integrity, making it ideal for high-performance textiles.
