The 2030 Nylon Spandex Single Covering Yarn (SCY) is produced using a precision-engineered single covering technique. In this process, the outer layer of yarn is pre-wound onto aluminum spools, which are then mounted onto rotating spindles. As the machine operates, the spandex core is fed through the hollow center of the spindle and combined with the outer yarn. The spandex is set at an draw ratio, ensuring consistent tension and elasticity. The rotation of the spindle causes the outer yarn to spiral around the spandex core, creating a mechanically wrapped structure. This method ensures uniform coverage and durability, making the yarn suitable for high-performance applications.
